Wandering Earl came into existence due to the need to share one’s experiences. These experiences are more on the travels of a single person who decided to go on a supposedly 3-month trip to Southeast Asia in 1999, but which has yet to end. Derek Earl Baron or more commonly known as Earl, has vowed to become a permanent nomad and travel the world in search for first-hand learning he could acquire from travelling. In his website, you will find shared entertaining tales of his travel adventures, useful advice on how to travel, reasons why you’re travelling, and inspiration to live a life without regrets. In the beginning, people thought Earl was crazy to travel continuously and not settle down. But travelling is his passion, which is why he just went on with what he wants, learning things you could only learn along the way.
